Mickey Otmazgin Architects Ltd. was founded in 2006 out of a passion for design and architecture. The studio plans throughout Haifa and the surrounding region for private, public and commercial clients, with particular expertise in urban renewal, residential buildings, private homes and public institutions.
Our vision is simple: to create architecture with presence — architecture that understands its context, respects its users and thinks ahead. From a private apartment to an entire neighbourhood, we pursue formal precision, sensitivity to time and place, hands-on three-dimensional work and current technological tools while maintaining efficient schedules and professional reliability.
The studio leads large-scale projects primarily in Haifa and northern Israel, focusing on urban development, strengthening the existing fabric and combining old and new as part of an advanced planning strategy.

Architect Mickey Otmazgin
He holds a B.Arch.Ed in Architecture and Education from the WIZO Haifa Academy of Design, an M.A in Architecture from Tel Aviv University, and an Architectural Engineering diploma from ORT Bialik.
A registered architect and licensed permit professional, he is an architect trainer, a member of the audit committee of the United Architects Association, a former member of the District Appeals Committee (2020–2024), and a former lecturer at ORT Braude School of Engineering (2017–2019).
